Assistant Project Manager
Job Duties: Responsible for various landscape architectural design projects including site analysis and planning, concept designs and presentations, construction documentation, contract specification, cost estimation, planting, irrigation design, color rendering, community planning and architectural designs requiring specifications, sketches, layouts, etc.; create models and 3D digital renderings of designs using computer-assisted design (AutoCAD) drafting and other related multi-platform programs. Review project budgets and scopes with managers and principals. Manage the deliverable schedules for 2-3 projects at any given time.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture + 2 yrs. post-graduate design exp. for Community development, mixed use and multi-family residential projects with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, 2D graphics renderings and 3D modeling. Exp. must include: grading and drainage design according to ADA requirements and storm water management and outdoor amenities design, demolition plan, site protection and preservation, lighting design, fire access design and erosion control. CA landscape architect license required.
