The Casa Munras Hotel was built around a historic homestead and garden that dates to 1824. Eleven buildings were renovated in 2006, rejuvenating the property while preserving and celebrating its historic aspects. BFS Landscape Architects took part in the lobby renovations, which included a lush outdoor patio used throughout the day by patrons of the restaurant. BFS collaborated with a local artist to integrate metal twig and leaf highlights into the project and worked to upgrade the pool and upper garden and create a spa garden.
