In 2003, BFS Landscape Architects assisted the school with graphics and estimates to use for fund raising. In addition, BFS provided assistance in grant preparation to obtain a grant from the California Integrated Waste Management Board for recycled tires used as the synthetic field infill. At the end of 2006, BFS was included on the design team to complete the design and construction documents for the track and field and concession plaza. The stadium improvements included a new concession/restroom building, field house, bleachers, and lighting.
